FadeCloud | Recruiting Experienced Staff Members
Who are we?:
FadeCloud is an established Minecraft Network made up of Survival, Skyblock, Factions, Prison and KitPvP (coming soon™). The server currently averages 150-300 players.
Our Community is tight nit, most which have been around for years and thus have a dedication and loyalty to FadeCloud. The community can be toxic at times, you will be put under pressure and tested at times, but generally all they want is a Fair, Loyal and Understanding staff member to moderate the server.
What are we looking for?:
We are looking for Experienced Staff Members. By experienced, I refer to members of the community who have a year or two experience of moderating established servers or members of the community with good reputation. We need members who are fast learners, can handle stressful situations with calmness and ease. If you have any other experience's similar to Management or Ownership roles and are interested in a new experience then also, feel free to apply.
What am I offering?:
I am offering Helper with the ability to progress within the team to those who apply and are successful. We also offer store payouts to those who have been promoted to Moderator (and beyond).
What do I require from you?:
I require active staff members who are interested in helping a community and are not there for personal gain. Although you won't be monitored heavily on activity I do at least require around an hour a day spread across the server, discord, forums.
