I am looking for someone who is able to make a plugin were players are allowed to create their own servers inside my main bungee network. I am looking for it to hook into CloudFlares DNS API for the players server name which is also used for their sub-domain and will be able to connect directly to their server using that sub-domain without going straight through my bungee.

A plugin for the players server will be required as well and will include these features:
  • Ability to install plugins that I have put into a directory.
  • Ability to config plugins from in-game
  • Ability to manage and create worlds in-game.
  • Ability to reset the worlds or the whole server.
  • The creator of the playerserver gets OP once the server is created.
  • Ability to edit configs like server.properties (Not the player slots)
  • Ability to edit bukkit.yml and spigot.yml
These will be done through a control panel on their server by typing "/cp"

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Yeah, I'm guessing with the complexity of this you may be looking at the very least at the higher end of your budget, possibly even beyond the upper budget you suggested, because this is a pretty niche thing to deal with in the first place, let alone doing it well so as to not explode in one's face if used incorrectly.

True, I would have taken the online option using Multicraft if I had all the money that I would need to spend out for as such as logos, WHMCS, Multicraft itself and a website design.

In case your budget ever increases like three-fold, hit me up. I have experience with everything you've listed, including the CloudFlare API.
