Hey guys, I recently became friends with Arbiter, and all of a sudden I got a message from a second arbiter, so I did some investigation and came to the conclusion that there is a fake arbiter going around. Never contact him through telegram, as even if you put the right telegram it adds the scammer, and always make sure you are dealing with the real arbiter#0001 on discord so you don't have to worry about being scammed. Here are some of the convo I had with the fake.
