Hey MCM, I'm looking for a server owner/manager who can
assist me with the creation of a new server of mine called
FalconNetwork

What is it?
In the upcoming several weeks I will be working on a new
mine craft
Factions server called FalconNetwork I used to have a second owner/dev that helped me but unfortunately he quit due to exams and he didn't have any spare time but so far while the server has been open we have got 30+ players without any advertisement and a few donations we have custom-enchants and envoys on here i try to add new plugins when i can to make it more unique

How is it different?
Well i dont think many servers have GenBuckets but we do there is a choice to buy it from /buy or /warp shop we also might be getting Pets that follow you and give you potion effects during pvp battles or grinding and a lot more new fun plugins will be added soon.

What I do and what will you do?
I'm looking for a user that has experience in owning a server, and especially in factions.
Your responsibility will be day-to-day management and interacting with players, I will be running the server, we will both be paying for different things anyone interested will be getting 40% of donations and it will be a fun experience for who ever is good enough to join the team!

What are the requirements?
I'm not looking to hire some noob without any experience, convinced they can run a mc server. You must have over 30 posts here on mcmarket, must have been a member for over a month, and must have at least 4 positive reputation also you must have money to invest into the server.

Your server doesn't have a domain, custom spawn, or a lick of anything unique. Why would someone want to be an owner on it?
