Fallback server issue

Hi i have been having an issue where people on my server would randomly get sent to fallback server through out the day. I believe its from the proxy but i am not sure why its happening.

On the server they get kicked from, there might be a message in the console / log specifying a kick reason. Do you see such a thing?

On the server its just a disconnect message but on the proxy it saids
