About: Greetings, I'm FallenXectar, I'm an ambitious Staff-Manager who has passion on any task related towards Staff Managing and Staff recruiting.
Work Experiences: I am willing to take on activities such as recruiting quality staff members on a certain server. I polished my skills regarding in Staff-Managing and Staff-Recruiting. I believed that a Staff-Member must have a sense of responsibility. maturity, passion and most importantly professionalism alongside with their skills.
I have honed and enhanced my skills in Staff-Managing since without quality staff members I believed a server wouldn't progress well and teamwork won't exist.
Regardless, Not only Staff-Managing/Recruiting I am also well-experienced in Moderation/Administration.
I believed in a saying which is "Quality Over Quantity" Off-Work Experiences: In my real life situations, I've worked as a Tutor in ages around 8 - 12 year old. I would quite say I'm Above Average in terms of Academics. I've been a scholar for the last 10 years since I was in elementary. Pretty much I've been used in working hard and mostly multi-tasking. Regardless, of this things I've honed my skills in communicating with several people for I almost encounter new people in my every-day living.
Alongside, with that I've also become a part of our student-council in my school. I've gained the position Vice-President. Mostly, I give out task to the lower positions, Assisting the President as much as I can. I've been striving for us to work together for we always succeed when teamwork exists. So far, We've completed several projects for the benefits of our school and also for the community near our school. For we do not think for ourselves only but also care on our surroundings.
Capabilities: I am willing to do my best at all times and in terms of Managing/Recruiting Quality Staff Members. In terms of project I'm also willing to give out ideas that would benefit the server.
To be honest, I do not play much comparing back then but I still have the Knowledge and Skills in the market due to the past experiences I have gained.
To sum it all up, I am capable of Managing/Recruiting Quality Staff Members, Multi-Tasking. I can also speak efficiently towards clients and applicants. I also have skills towards plugins and figuring which one would further benefit the server. I believed that within my skills and knowledge I would be a great help in your community.
