Of course, but a birthday can be used to verify things different social media accounts etc. I wouldn't do it.
its when they start combining my exact birthday with my real name that I get nervous. luckily there's only a dozen people on the internet that know mine, and I trust 90% of them to never reveal it. The remaining 10% have probably forgotten by now.
Things can be found easier than you think. I'm sure your name isn't that hidden unless you're a ghost on the internet and have nothing for people to dox.
Well, lets put it like this. until a very short while ago, if you searched my real name you'd get 1 result that was me, which was of me about 10 years ago.
The rest would all be other people.
Then I made a facebook account. Which can not be related to my internet alias in any way. I keep the 2 almost completely separate.
I usually overestimate my knowledge of certain things, but keeping my internet presence separate from my irl person is one thing I've been quite literally raised with.
