Fantastic Prison idea.

Hello, I was just thinking of a good idea for a Prison server.
Op or not.
I'm not sure it's been done but a Island Prison.
Instead of mine's have them as Islands.
Instead of Plots have Islands where they can customize and build their own stuff.
You can have a schematic that where you set up a command like /myisland it will go to a random part of the world and it will paste a Island that's a schematic down and claim it for you and only you can edit and do /myisland add [name] and it will add someone to your region. Something like plotme but for islands.
If I do this idea I'll have to pay someone to make me the plugin and i'll ask if I can release it to people.

I actually started to make one around 2 years ago, except it was based in the nether. I still have the map and ideas for it, maybe we could team up?
