Fantasy Faction Server *looking for staff*

Hello! im godliness a professional and successful solo builder
and i just recently started a minecraft factions server
it has alot of potential and im in need of staff members! this will be a unique professional faction server. as of this moment as i speak the server is still being worked on it will have its short down times like 10 minutes or so it can be worked on
this will also be the head quarters for my builds also if your a builder you can work on my server if you would like and sell some of your builds from the server and use it as a median to help you build a little better if your pc has a little stress.. or if you like to build with people..

Experience: I'm not sure what do you want in experience but I will tell you what I know as I have been playing Minecraft for 2 years... I have been in every position in Staff except for Owner and Co-Owner, I know most of the commands/plugins/etc... I don't like talking a lot so in other words if you want to know something else talk to me on skype

How you would help: I love Factions I know a lot in it and I would help in any way possible Building, Commands, Plug-ins, Helping players and basically staff stuff.

How you would help:
I've owned 3 servers (2 successful ones), and administrated a third. I know how donations work, groups, commands, permissions, advertising, hosting, plugins, all of the stuff I used to have to deal with daily. If you ever need any help with the server or a plugin, I will usually be able to find someway to help, whether it be trial and error, or looking up a Wiki page. I will log in at least once a day, I do work and have school and such, but I will be able to log at least 2 hours a day. I've had a couple years of experience so I know what I'm doing. I also love sitting on forum sites, so I can monitor the site as well.
