I didn't no and i have the rights, it's a exclusive build made by SpartanTeam

Usually, buildteams making stuff on custom request will give resell rights with that. It's premades where this might not be the case.

I didn't bought a premade build but a exclusive build with a specific to do list.

Once i say to the team it's a exlusive spawn, they cannont resell it or making other copies.

It looks very good, however I would advise you not to publish your work on a test server as they could steal it by downloading the map. GLWS ^^
