here we go with another awesome creation build by the well known DriliNanners for the Minecraft Schematic Store. If you're looking for some lovely designed fantasy spawn or lobby - please check it out!

The hub is approximately 100x100 in size and has 4 MAIN portals, however, the corners can easily be adjusted to portals and the hub will have another 8 rooms for portals.

You might or might not know this, but people on here generally dislike nonexclusive builds. Maxleon has been having enormous difficulty selling a megabuild spawn nonexclusively for $30 (exclusively it would be worth $200+ even by the prices of this website (which are ridic low). If you manage to sell this on here, great job. But I'm skeptical, despite the great quality.

Thanks for the response; selling high quality spawns, lobbies or maps a couple of times non-exclusively isn't a challenge if you know how to take it. Its all about high quality, individuality and the builders' experience
