Fantasy Server Spawn (140x180)

Hi everyone, back with another build. This is a 140x180 (size of just structure) server spawn I made, and it features:

-An explorable island
-Large walls, and a palace-like structure
-Gardens and paths in the spawn entrance
-Decorations, trees, a bridge with a house on top, fountains
-There are no portals, but one or more could be made to accommodate the buyer's needs.

Payment and Bidding:
-Through Paypal
-Bids are in 5$ increments. No exceptions.
-Bidding ends in 1 week (12 am EST, 2/19/15)
