Fantasy Spawn (High Detailing)

Hello There,

I am the owner of VixelMC, A unique factions server, we aim to create amazing gameplay and with this specification we need to have a beautiful spawn that will welcome players to an amazing custom server.

In order to fullfill this we will need a builder, or a team of, that is willing to create this stunning sculpture.

We are looking for a Highly Detailed Fantasy / Japanese Server spawn around the 120x120 size
prefuably we are looking to pay half of the amount provided by yourself and then asking you to build it on our server, this is due to the custom terrain. We understand the trusting fact so thats why we will pay half of the requested price.

Theme:
Fantasy / Japanese and Highly Detailed

What we would like in it:
- PvP arena
- Top 5 Donor / Player showcase area
- Donor Shop
- Sky patter art above the main area
- Admin / Donor lounge
- HIGH Detailing - This is a key feture

Please post your portfolio and some experience you may have with this genre of building. We also request you post a guideline price of hom much you would be charging for your services.

they probably intend to get part of it paid up front. that's the best idea when working on someone else's server.

Unless your getting 100% upfront I don't think working on another server is a good idea because as soon as you finish the build all they have to do it get you off their server and remove you from Skype.

Well, its really up to the relationship. if its someone new to the forums who wants a bigass build but is only willing to pay a small amount up front, I'd say hell no. But for a case like making prison mines on someone's server and getting paid per pair or so is not a problem, since as soon as they kick you off you lose maybe 1 or two simple builds and make a scam report, stopping them from getting someone else to do it.
anyway, I usually only do it if I feel like losing the build wouldn't be a big problem for me.
