Time
I work extremely fast and efficiently. The rate is usually 1 day per 1 web page (assuming there isn't tons of back end work that needs to be done).
Cost
1 Page = $5
Xenforo Setup = $5
Forums software = $50+
Set up a web (node/ apache) server = $5
Recreate website = $15+ (depending on Size)
Add Support to Databases = +$5-10 (depending on size)
Add Certain Frameworks/ API's/ Libraries = +$5-10 (depending on size)
Web application (panels, personal assistants, etc) = $15+ (depending on Size)
