I'm a builder who works for the MCGamer network with her own build team and I had previously worked for them as a Map Developer for a long time - however currently I am taking on Solo build commissions to help me afford things I require in life. Presently, this falls to funding my home renovations.


Another important note for my clients:
I'm from Australia. Please try not to get mad at me for not being awake at the same time as you to give you updates. I'll do it when I wake up. Thanks!

Spoiler: Terms of service

A new addition to my thread, my TOS:

1. Every commission will incur some sort of cost. Typically paid in legal currency via Paypal or in some exceptional cases, steam gift cards may be accepted.
   
   
2. For a commission to begin, 50% of the total overall fee must be paid as a security deposit.
   
   
3. The money must be 'available' in Paypal before construction begins. With some bank transactions, this may not be the case.
   
   
4. If at any point in time I feel you're a rude client or for any other reason, I will refund the deposit and cease work for you. In this situation you will not receive the work done.
   
   
5. Upon completion of the project, the rest of the money must be paid before I hand the map over.
   
   
6. Projects typically are handed over as a world file unless otherwise stated or requested.
   
   
7. I will only work on my own server unless 100% is paid upfront.
   
   
8. You are free to terminate the commission at any time during construction should you be dissatisfied. In which case, I will again refund the money but keep my work.
   
   
9. You will be updated fairly consistently during the work period.
   
   
10. I hold the right to change the TOS at any point in time.
    
    
11. The client may not enter the build server for the protection of my build team and projects.

How much do you charge? I am interested in future propositions although it depends on the amount of money.

I just wanted to spend a little but of time to vouch for Shelby, or LadyofLove. I have known Shelby for over a year now, and in that time, I have been able to learn a lot of things about her. First, Shelby is an extremely kind and passionate person. If you decide to commission Shelby for a build, you will not regret it. She will be extremely kind to you throughout the process, and will keep you posted with all information you will need. Second, Shelby is a extremely dedicated person. When she starts something, she will always get it done. If you give Shelby a reasonable date in which you need the commission done, she will have it done then no problem. Also, may be doing all of these commissions to raise money for a trip, however it is all in good heart. She is working very hard to reach her goal, and she is making phenomenal builds in the process. Lastly, in the time I've known Shelby, I've come to know she is a fantastic builder. If it isn't obvious from the screenshots in this thread, Shelby is one of the best builders around. I have been privileged to be a member of Shelby's build team for about a year now. In this time, I have been able to watch Shelby in her craft. She is extremely creative, different, and special in her building. All in all, she is a extremely confident, and amazing builder.

Sadly I'm just a young student who is tight on money so unfortunately I won't be buying any custom builds from you
But I have always wanted to be doing what you are doing: Making builds, selling them and making profit; but how do I improve my building skills and make amazing builds like yours. Do you use building plugins too?
