Faster scam report resolutions

Weve been in a scam report for over a month. Perhaps instead of the same person handling one scam report, allow multiple to handle one scam report.

I disagree with this resolution but something has to be done. It's pretty terrible scam reports being open for so long.

It should be ONE person which is active on the Scam report. And then someone on the leading ranks pushes the guy to keep updating on the ticket.

I've managed another community where products were sold and of course, there were scams as well. We had a chief who had the responsibility to push the resolvers to be active. The longest wait time for a response was 2 hours (Depending on the timezone). It could maybe/maybe not work here I do not know the system here, as I've never been included in a scam report nor looked too much at them.

tbh it seems you both are in the wrong in the SR. but just wait, he last asked on thurday, its been 5 days. Start a conversation with the SR if you'd like.

Theres nothing wrong about hiring a new web developer because the old one refused to get paid. Whats wrong is the old developer claimed the new website was created by him.

We certainly have had problems with scam report response times in the past, but we've since overcome them by expanding our team and simply being more available to handle them. With the team in our current state, I'm very confident in our abilities to keep our queues down to a reasonable level which is the best solution we could offer.
