A few years ago, while procrastinating at school, I found myself getting frustrated with the limitations of bStats.
Not because it was bad, it solved the problem it was designed to solve.

The issue was that every time I wanted to answer a question beyond the default charts, I hit a wall. I wanted better filtering, custom dashboards, relational analytics, and deeper insights into how my projects were actually being used.

The first version of FastStats was started in January 2025, abandoned a few months later due to poor infrastructure decisions, and completely rebuilt from scratch in late October 2025.

What started as a personal bStats replacement has since grown into a platform offering:
  • Advanced analytics
  • Error tracking
  • Custom dashboards
  • Event exploration
  • Retention insights & funnels
  • Feature flags
  • Integrations with GitHub, Modrinth, CurseForge, Hangar, Ore, and Spigot
Today FastStats is used by 149 developers, processes more than 1 million events per day, and receives traffic from roughly 150 countries.
The project is currently focused on Minecraft plugins and mods, though we have plans to expand far beyond that in the future.

FastStats is free during beta and will stay free for basic analytics.
We are still actively looking for more testers.
If you're interested in analytics, error tracking, or simply helping shape a platform built by developers for developers, we'd love to hear your feedback.
