To begin with this thread, I want to introduce myself and the server. My name is Ryan hence forth the name OhRyann, and I am a 15 year old male attempting to achieve an ultimate goal of creating a competitive environment for player's to spend their time on. In the future I am aiming to study Cyber Security or some sort of Development Path and become a Cyber Security Expert / Programmer. As for previous server experience, I have been staff on a well known server in the HCF community known as FaithfulMC, after about a month of working there I resigned due to just simply wanting a project of my own.
Now for a bit of information revolving the server. FatePvP will be a network of different gamemodes including but not limited to, HCF, UHC, KITMAP, PRACTICE, and SKYBLOCK. To do this we need media, staff, and player's. If you are any of these things please join and follow the social's linked below this thread. Any social that isn't linked here will be linked in the comments. Further introducing the server, we have 3 owner's, myself, NotMuted, and Scifi9902. Scifi is the best developer I know and he does a very good at what he does. We will have a fully custom, for the most part cheat free, and lag free environment hopefully populated by you the player's. We are focusing out time currently on HCF to get that released to the public entertainment in the near future. I don't have an exact day but hopefully before May. ( Most likely a lot sooner )
Media Requirements:
YOUTUBER:
To become a youtuber you must have a consistent upload schedule with a minimum of 50 - 100+ Views per video. We go off of the 3 - 5 latest video's. For a better chance at achieving this position have 100+ Subscriber's. Although it isn't require to have 100 subscriber's we highly recommend it.
( This position is not a PAID position )
FAMOUS:
To become a Famous rank, you must have a minimum of 2 videos per week with a minimum of 500 views per video. Again we go off of the most recent videos. Another requirement for this position is to have 1,000+ Subscriber's and to have a clean upload history. An example of a not so clean upload history would be advertising ILLEGAL CONTENT, Cheats, Alt Generator etc...
( Depending on the health of the channel Payment's can be discussed but are not promised unless accepted and terms are agreed with a payment in mind. )
PARTNER:
To become a Partner on FatePvP Network you have to have a minimum of 10,000 Subscriber's with a very consistent upload schedule. 5,000 view's is highly recommended. As a partner you will need to keep consistent communication with the Ownership Team and agree on term's provided between this communication. An agreement will be made and to change it you will have to speak with the Ownership team about a change in agreement. We do pay this position per video. However if you do not require a position we may pay anyway based on how many player's you are bringing instead of a video base. Other Term's will be discussed between the Ownership Team and the applicant.
Staff Requirements:
Trial Moderator:
Trial Moderator doesn't need previous experience however it is recommended. This being stated, this is also where all applicants will begin their journey here on FatePvP. Trial Moderators will have limited permissions and will be promoted based on activity time, and how well you are doing your job. We also expect more out of the Trial Moderator's to prove that they belong here on the Staff Team. There is an age requirement but we are starting it low at 14+ in age but will make some exceptions to 13 year's of age.
Management Team:
We typically don't straight up accept people into the Management Team without getting to know them but here are the requirement's we look for. Please provide a resume if you even think about sending in a Management Team application. You must be 16+ In age!! If you don't have previous experience in Management Team then please don't bother applying. We are looking for professional, experienced people to help run the staff team and monitor the server. Also have something to bring the server to benefit.
Development Team:
To join the development team you must have 2+ Year's in Development History and have extreme knowledge in programming and working with Java. Furthermore you must be able to work with a team of people and come up with ideas. You must be 16+ in age to Join this team. Positions usually aren't paid unless you can bring something we don't already have and we need and feel payment should be given.
Advertisement Manager's:
You will be payed based on how many player's you bring in not how often you work. Payment will also be received monthly depending on how many player's you bring. If you don't bring in what we expect you will be relieved of agreement. There is no age requirement other than discord's Terms of Conditions being 13+ in age.
