•I (the middleman) am not held liable for anything during the deal apart from managing the assets involved in the transaction based on the instruction of either party. If a scam takes place after the deal, I hold no accountability for that or any related advice I provide. Using my service is not a guarantee that all scams will be prevented before or after the deal.
•All payments to me take place via PayPal, Friends and Family. I will never middleman the payment involved in the deal.
•Both parties will confirm who they are on MC-Market or I can refuse to provide this service.
•The buyer or seller will cover the middleman fee, or I will refuse to provide this service. The middleman fee is not refundable.
•You do not have permission to chargeback or report any payments made to me during or after the middleman service.
•In the event of a scam between either party, I will not be the one creating the scam report. I can also refuse to provide any further service.
•I am willing to sign contracts however the terms will not interfere with my terms of service.
