As of right now i cannot think of my favorite anime cause I'm watching like 10 animes at once. But I've been watching a lot of HXH. These are some I like though.

What your favorite anime of this year?

I don't watch a lot of anime. Heck, if we exlude things like Dragon Ball, Pokemon, Beyblade and some other ones that I'd watch as a kid (didn't even know what anime was at the time), then I think I could count how many I've seen on 2 hands.

Somehow though, some of my favs have already been listed (Assassination Classroom, A Silent Voice). Still the thread mentions this year, so I'd have to say One Punch Man (literally the only one I've seen this year, soooooooo).

Thank god someone said promised neverland would have had to smack somebody if they didn't this isn't a NEW anime by any means, but it's season 2 was this year aaaand: MOB PSYCHO IS SUCH A GOD TIER WRITING AND ANIMATED SHOW PLEASE GET A SEASON 3!!!!

Honestly for me this season I'm watching a lot of the new animes like Black Clover, Demon Slayer, The Rising of the Shield Hero, One Punch Man etc. But my fav is probably either one punch man, demon slayer or the rising of the shield hero

If you're a fan of assassination classroom, I think you'd enjoy The Promised Neverlands(don't look up anything about it just watch a couple episodes) probably the best anime of year~without counting MP100 season 2 cause oml that show is good.
