I have not used many; though I do use Notepad++ when I am working on my servers. I find it more easy then when I use to use notepad all the time. That was back in the noob days.

I personally like Windows Visual Studio. I know others may disagree, I've just had a good experience with it.

CLion us also pretty good to use.
