Featherboard faction scoreboard

Hello, i have a quick question. So i want that when you are not in a faction that it shows a scoreboard that says "To start create a faction with /f create name" and after that it shows the main scoreboard.

Would that be possible?

Using savagefactions

Why wouldnt it be possible with SavageFactions? Its basically based on factionsuuid.
