Featherboard help!

Hey MCM, I was wondering how I can add someones faction tag to the scoreboard and it will update if someone joins/leaves a faction

You can use InfoBoardreborn which has like 600+ hooks or FactionsUUID Which comes with a scoreboard

I need it for Featherboard, it can be done as ive seen it on other servers.
