FeatherBoard Issues

Hello! I am currently having issues with featherboard. Whenever someone will join the server (New Or Returning) The featherboard wont appear unless the config reloads. This happens with every rank.

Still Having Issues With This. Also, I Removed All Of The Plugins I Know Of Use Scoreboards
