Does anyone know if it’s possible to have timers only pop up when they are active such as enderpearls and other cooldowns?

I don't know if you can do it single with only the plugin itself

But you can use their API and make a plugin using it to do it

There are lots of boolean checks available such as <whenempty, <wheninrange,... in FeatherBoard, its a powerful plugin
