If there is not enough space, they are hidden.

Also, this may be intentional but, it seems that when there are more than 3 featured resources, 2 wrapping elements are created, otherwise only one.

I agree they shouldn't be all in a single column, find another way to do it. Maybe a horizontal scroller? Compress the amount of space they take up?

At the moment we aren't planning to do any more development for our site until we can migrate to XF2 since we'll have to rewrite everything then. Perhaps once we move to XF2 and have fixed all the bugs that come with that and have more time for some new development we can work on this, but for the moment this isn't something that we can justify the development for. We'll be redoing the ads manager in XF2 and making the featured resources more prominent in our new theme by allowing you to scroll left and right sounds like a really good idea, so we'll likely look into adding this then.
