Feed The Best Votifier Setup [Hard]

I am looking for someone who can set up votifier for me with rewards. Its very hard to set up since its on feed the beast modpack.

Few things attempted:
- Used forge votifier version no rewards where given out to players
- Votifier with listeners
- Votifier give anything listener
- Nuvotifer no configs where generated
- Dedicated IP and non dedicated IP
- Plugin to give out rewards
- The list goes on.....
