you should make a reset button or something I think that would be easier. Also when I draw on it, it sometimes highlights the icons and it stops the momentum and it makes me sad.

Yeah I was wondering how I'd make the drawing go under the icons only when your holding your mouse down or something. This will probably be added thanks

I updated the site to disable the images and button onmousedown so you can keep drawing until your mouse is released and the elements are re-enabled.
