I've had a case open for a few months now with no reply, and no one has been able to help me.
The moderator that was responsible for handling my dispute has not replied to my DM or the difference for months, even though the person I opened a dispute against has not yet responded in months.
I am thinking of a way to possibly have the option to re-assign another person to a dispute after a few weeks, like a possible button that allows users to do so, or at least allows another person to quickly glance over the current state of the dispute.
Let me know what you guys think of this.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

What attempts have you made to bump the conversation to the moderator it is currently assigned to?
Ideally, if a staff member is unable to handle the disputes assigned to them, they would receive your bump and pass it on to another feedback moderator more available to offer you the support you need.

Currently approaching the two month anniversary of my feedback dispute, constant bumps, no response. I have even created a ticket to see if a new mod could be invited.

Luckily I’ve buried it with pos reps in hopes of it in the future being responded to.

That hasn't happened, and it's been months. I want someone to look at it.

I asked about the attempts you made to bump it to them because the process I described, where the staff member receives your bump and assigns it to a more available feedback moderator, cannot occur if nobody in the conversation has bumped it to them recently. If you’ve not bumped it recently and asked for it to be reassigned, I’d encourage doing so for the quickest possible support.

Even if we do manage to get something developed to make the process automated to some degree, it would likely need to wait until our upgrade to XF2, and I wouldn’t want you to have waited that long for your feedback dispute to get resolved.

I haven't made any attempts cause I assumed it got resolved, but I checked my feedback a week ago and I still have a negative reputation regardless of the fact that the person hasn't replied in months.

I messaged the moderator a week ago, and she still hasn't replied.

Regarding the bump, I bumped it yesterday, and she still hasn't replied.

Back about a year ago we introduced some pretty radical changes to the way that we handle reputation. We made all reputation left by banned members be marked as uncounted in your reputation totals and disabled the reporting functionality to reduce abuse and targeted. The changes that we made were certainly controversial at the time, but looking back I'm a firm believer that the changes we made back then were the best that we could have made.

Our reputation system is very far from being perfect in its current state, and we fully recognise that. Since it's introduction we've changed many policies and spent countless hours developing new custom systems, such as disputing feedback.

At the moment we aren't planning to do any more development for our site until we can migrate to XF2. We're also not going to be making any changes to our policies surrounding reputation. Our system is stable at the moment, and making a change now when we're going to be redeveloping everything shortly isn't beneficial. Perhaps once we move to XF2 and have fixed all the bugs that come with that and have more time for some new development and to consider the impact that instituting new policies will result in.

Until then, I'll move this to denied. Once we migrate to XF2 if you feel that this is still relevant please create a new suggestion thread and we can look into it once again. Thank you to everyone for your support and criticism of our systems, it is definitely the best way for us to improve.

Thank you,
