Feedback On First-Ever C4D Render

I have no experience with animating at all. Except for you know, those apps on your phone or when you were young and you would have to draw it all over again and stuff...
I decided, I have lots of time, because it is Summer-Time, and that means no-school.
I installed C4D today, and I haven't watched a tutorial yet, except for how to move around in the program its self.
I want some feedback from you guys, and what I should do to improve.
Keep in mind, it's my first ever render, so don't go mad-crazy on me.
Also: How do I render it to just be the character, so I can put it in thumbnails and stuff?

I just made my second one, no pose, but it did have some hair that was more realistic and 3D, and a mouth, and some better lighting!

Just made my third ever render!
It includes a bow on my back, a diamond extruded, some extruded hair, and a better rig pack!

for first time that looks great. Youtube is your friend remember xD. Just trial and error with lighting and extracting to improve

This is a case of extracting. (Made this in about 5 minutes and the face bugged out)
It just takes certain parts of the render and makes it stick out. Makes it sorta look more "Human like" or "realistic"

Alright, thanks.
I just figured out how to Extrude the hair, and make some face expressions using the cube figure.
The reason I wanna do this all on my own (No YT Videos), is because I can say, I learned that myself, and I will be proud of it.
About to post the next one soon.

I would definitely try to extrude and maybe get a better lightroom, Also I would try to get into modeling
