Honestly I'm confused on what is going on in the design. It looks like you went trigger happy with waves. Waves are supposed to give an aesthetic feeling, not be your background. Font choice isn't that good as well. Waves have a smooth feeling but the font you have has rough edges. And with that, the "5$" doesn't even look like a 5. Waves are a good thing to have but not necessary to have for every single section of your thread. It will eventually turn out to be cramped. It seems you made the waves then crammed in the text. Try doing this backwards that way you know how big your waves really should be. Considering it's your first, not a bad attempt but just don't go trigger happy with aesthetic things.
