It's really nice, I love it :p But you might want to learn how to shade more and make it look more realistic. It's really good though! Keep up the good work ;3
You can make an avatar shop on MC-M if you want.

I recommend using a drawing tablet for the best results - from what I've learned it can be better to have problems in drawing straight lines than making them perfect artificially
Ah ok thanks!
I'm planning to get one this December. I've got a few friends that have them :p

Make it a bit more smooth, work on your coloring and shading. Make sure it looks kind of cartoony, but also realistic at the same time so it works out.
I got my drawing tablet a few weeks ago, and it takes some time getting used to.
Here is an example of what you can do with a drawing tablet if you ever get one.

Thanks for the feedback and the example! <3[DOUBLEPOST=1477770467][/DOUBLEPOST]
Do you want me to sugarcoat it or be real with you?
Be real.

Imma be real with you for a sec. If you're getting a tablet are are serious about drawing, don't start with minecraft characters. Start by learning how to draw real people, with human anatomy. There's technically nothing wrong with drawing minecraft people, it's just that people tend to become very lazy just drawing blocks for limbs. I'd suggest leaning actual anatomy first, then you should be able to draw in pretty much any style you want.

As for the drawing itself, it's actually very clean and not messy for a beginner, so good job on that! The thing that stands out to me is the hair, it looks very wet and noodle-y. Hair usually comes from one point ( or line ) on the head, so try picking a spot for the part, then have all the hair flow down from there.

I hope I helped a bit! Let me know if you'd like some tutorials or something, I'd be happy to help. ^^

Big one incoming... ^^ Hope I don't sound too harsh.

Your art isn't too bad, this design is certainly rather good, but it's obvious that you are a beginner to digital art, which is fine as we all have to start some where. I'll go onto the flaws, why they're flaws and how to improve them

~The Lineart
The first thing which came in mind was that you haven't weighted you pen at all. Which is fine considering your current art style. Big, cartoony and Minecraft. But as xCherryskyx said, if you are gonna try with human anatomy, you should learn to weight your lines. Hard to do with a mouse I understand but it is something you could try. Though if you do get a drawing tablet, just simply vary pen pressure on your board... :D

~The colouring
What you've done with the colouring is done what most newbies have done with digital art, and that's using a gradient to solve all your problems. It's effective in some art but it is very hard to make it look good. Your colour scheme looks good but I'll also tell you the next time you shade for art, don't use an airbrush for shading as that's another common mistake (something I did a lot before some guy on an anime forum dished out all the flaws, like ALL the flaws of my art  ) Air brush tools are rather difficult to use nicely, and will take you a while to know how you're supposed to use it, so try out other better brushes.

~The sketches
Personally I don't see anything wrong but I have no clue about Minecraft anatomy and proportions whether they are correct or not. Just keep what you're doing and maybe you'll branch out into a more advanced art style

Overview:
You have potential as an artist, but you have to keep working at it! It'll take you a couple of years to get there, but remember that all good artists started from somewhere, and that at first, their art was not good at all! You're off on a good start, and who knows, you might be an amazing artist in a year, maybe 4 years, but you should get there eventually. Don't let the skills of others get you down, and just focus on what you're doing and do not ever compare your art to others, unless your doing it for educational purposes, there are always going to people better than you out there, you've just got to work hard so you can over take them in the future. Good luck with your art!
