Looks pretty cool. What niche/specialty are you going for in your OS?

At completion (or first release) would this be open source? Also are the graphics like the icons/toolbar final versions?

Graphics are still not final, As there will be a lot of changes in the graphics to make them a lot more beautiful and simple.
This won't be open source, But the development team will still be able to get you best help possible.

C++, Assembly & Objective C. As of now I'm rewriting the parts of Pascal in C++ its whack

No framework its all written from scratch, its a UNIX like OS
But using no sources from other operating systems the code-base is completely different.
