Feedback on my server

Hello, I have been working on a factions server with another person, Ucko. The server has a custom spawn, built by myself, and custom plugins. One of the plugins spawns random items in a fountain at spawn every 5 minutes. Another plugin gives players rewards such as OP swords/picks when mining. Server just opened and has a small playerbase. Just want some feedback on how to make the server better or if something needs fixing up. Feedback on how to increase the playerbase would also be appreciated. Thanks

Just been using server lists, no paid advertising. Don't know whats the most effective, slots, youtubers or what :/

Had 20 players on, still 2.5GB ram free and then the server keeps stopping and starting with DNS and other errors in console.
