The lines aren't very very smooth, looks like you've used a mouse to draw them.

Do the drawing in two steps: draw the unsmooth lines first and then, on a new layer, make the smooth lines. After you've done that hide the unsmooth lines.

I believe that's not the issue, you have to make sure to enable a setting that will make them automatically smooth, you have them as straight as possible (just like you draw irl), if you ever tried Illustrator, that's how it should work.

I love the green dressed woman tbh :#

Well since you aren't gonna be selling anything, and wanna practise, I need a few hand drawn wooden signs if you are interested in doing those for me start a PM with me.

On topic: Yeah Illustrator is good but there are other programs that are just for drawing, I suggest asking Kraezler or TechBanana for assistance or something :)

Woah! You don't look like a new guy at all. These are actually pretty well done! I agree with all of the comments though, but the attention to details like the shirt ruffles are very nice on the organic works :) Well done!
thanks :)[DOUBLEPOST=1493557459][/DOUBLEPOST]

Some look a bit pixelated, so just use a higher resolution canvas when drawing (I like to draw in 4000x4000)

Instead of drawing short lines combined together, do 1 long smooth line :) Might take few tries so just ctrl+z until you get it

I'm not really the best person to ask about human drawings so guess just wait for someone with more experience with that to reply \o/

Yea, the type of tablet you're using is like starting over when drawing. Because naturally when we draw we look at our hand movements, not just the screen. So if you're wondering why it feels funny when you draw with that tablet, is because you're not naturally used to it. Once you do it more though you will get used to it. If you plan to do this as more than just a hobby I would recommend saving up for an on-screen drawing tablet. They're pricey but worth it but again not worth it if you only plan to draw/ digital art as a hobby.
