Would like some feedback on the site, and any suggestions to improve it!

I agree. The site looks great EXCEPT for those boxes.

I also agree that these boxes don't look great. But overall the website itself is great.
Maybe make the boxes 3D stylish and then move the text to the right side.

As everyone else said, just remove the white box outlines, it looks horrible and almost like you lined everything up wrong unintentionally.

Looks cool! I agree with the other people in this thread complaining about the boxes, if you have to explain to someone that a disliked design choice is intentional then maybe you should go for something else. The landing page is a nice touch and I'm glad it doesn't lock off much of the site until the animation is finished. I would suggest adding an about page and/or a quick blurb on the landing page since it isn't immediately apparent what SpaceDelta is.
