Static Services and all of the management team is trying to improve the overall reputation of Static Services and make us professional and seem overall a good service team.

We’re asking the community to be transparent in these feedback reviews of Static Services and we’re accepting all types of feedback, please however give us something to improve on or describe what we need to improve on.

Executives shouldn’t be sales representatives. It takes the job from them.
The team should be a higher role than sales rep.
Bots should be at the bottom of the role list.
You should post the tos directly in the server.
Remake the general category, it’s extremely messy and random.
Remove the auto pm.
Promote #packages more
If you aren’t going to post anything in #info, then remove it. It’s a unnecessary channel right now and has no purpose. It’s next to empty.
Remove the emojis from the faq. It makes it messy and unclean.
Remove the automatic pop up of your sponsors. (Website)
Make the website mobile compatible.
Why does everyone have the verified role? I didn’t verify anything.

Okay, yes I have worked as a CEO with you on Static and have said what I needed to say. I do not want this to be a personal attack or anything along those lines. You have been very ‘gung-ho’ when it comes to hiring. You hired Managment and other without even talking to the others. It’s like you’re taking the power into your own hands. You always are professional, and I respect that, but you guys (as a team) need to be better together to work together.

From the time I was management and an executive, I mainly observed as I was never assigned tasks. When I was a part of the management team, I had no access to tickets and received DMs from users, who were upset about something in their tickets and had to refer them to an executive. Then when I was promoted to an executive (really without me requesting or talking to anyone or any other management knowing about it) I still didn't have much to do. I did give feedback here and there but that's about it. I eventually resigned due to wanting to focus on my personal projects.

Something that irked me was the number of business ventures you went into extremely fast. VPN service, Boosting service, and while this doesn't directly relate to static, it was scary the speed of which you went from project a to project b to project c. Even giving up on one and just reselling it.

The part where you stated that the Management role can’t view Tickets is an issue with the bot which is the Cambridge bot that Landon offers and I’ve told him about this before. I also thought you were a good pick as an Executive and that’s why I hired you for that position and we’re changing the way we run Static and to inform all of management before we do anything. I understand how you feel and we will defiantly take all your points into consideration and the part where you stated I was jumping projects is that I like to test out projects and see how well they perform. From both of theses suggestions we have changed Static Services quite a bit. Hopefully, more will join and give us suggestions.
