I, personally, think this price raise is a bad idea. I feel like it should be lowered.
Why?

Because of the downtime. With all the recent downtime, mick raises the price?
Spend more for less advertising? It just doesn't make sense.

(Note to mods: Don't remove this. This is called "Suggestions and Feedback" I am giving my feedback on the price raise)

I agree, but I think you need to change the title from 'bug' to 'suggestion'.

I can agree, all the recent downtime doesn't warrant price raises.

The way the price 'balancing' should go is to put all the prices back to what they were first, then increase the price for the sections where there is a constant overload of stickies by $1/week per "step". Then each time a significant portion gets renewed, raise it by $1 again (FOR JUST THE OVERLOADED FORUMS!) until they no longer renew, then go back down to the one where they did renew.

Similarly, lower the prices for the lower profit forums (the marketplace forums where you can't really make a lot of profit with a sticky. This being the premade products section in the first place, this should remain at $10 in general. Then sections like investments should be $9 or $8 per week, domains & other should be like $7.50, since the prices there rarely become more than one or two dozen dollar and the views are quite low.

Right now, I'm getting between 600 Sellfy views per month through the sticky. Idk how many views I get on the actual thread cause no statistics (is that ever gonna be implemented?). On a good month, I can get $50-90 income, which means $20-60 profit per month, assuming I spend $32 each month. If this increases to $40 per month, my profits in a bad month will become too low to be worth it, because one REALLY bad month would negate it entirely.

I would suggest starting to consider it for just highly profitable service sections first. This being Graphics, Building and perhaps Development.
Hosting could definitely be higher than $10 (isn't it $20 already?) because those are actual companies. Similarly, perhaps the price for the servers section could increase a little above $10. Not too much, because it takes a long time to sell a server, so if you have a $500 server to sell, an increase from $56 for 2 months to $70 for 2 months would become very large, since inside of 4 months you'd have lost a quarter of your price instead of 20%.

Recruitment& staff and middleman should be way cheaper because its not as profitable by far.

Also, the price increases are very much long-term. When we have a full quarter without any downtime, it's time to increase prices.

Agreed on the downtime, but the guy has to make his money some how right? And the price raise wont stop you kiddies from buying those stickies! Hes making money, and bout to be making more. Don't think there is anything anyone can do about this.

Actually, as I just explained, it will definitely stop me from extending my ad again when it expires at the end of this month. I imagine a lot of people in the premades sections feel similar, because with premades you can't make as much profit.

A sticky in the "building" section is worth the price increase because in a month time I could get so many more commissions (I get too many if I'm open even without bumping my thread already), which for my business are counted in the hundreds of dollar per month, so $40 per month for the ad is worth it (I'd have a similar costs as selling premades on SchematicStore with that, and similar profits).

However, I personally feel like ad/thread statistics should be implemented before getting the price increase for ANYTHING, since it would allow people to keep a closer eye on their ad's performance as opposed to not having an ad, thus making it easier to judge if a sticky is actually contributing anything.

Also, as mick himself said in chat as response to my implying it, it is not lack of profits that he's doing this for, it seems. Instead, its meant to balance out the price to fit demand, lowering some costs and raising others
