In no way do I mean to trash you, but I just wanted to say HTML/CSS is frontend, not backend. From a developer's perspective, it's quite misleading as backend development refers to PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, and JVM languages.

I only recently ran into Ferrero on MC-Market, at first glance I was quite skeptical. After checking out this thread and contacting some of his previous employers I decided to bite the bullet and hire him to manage my service company. It's only been a short period of time between these two events and I am extremely impressed with his performance. Would not have it any other way. I highly recommend Ferrero for any of your management needs.
