I will be founding a new skyblock server (when we grow we may branch into other gamemodes) and I don't want to go at it alone so I will be recruiting staff members right now we have nothing and it is simply an idea but every successful project stats somewhere, the requirements for the roles I am requesting are below - the % of the server you will get will be decided in pms.

Owner
I will only be recruiting 1 or 2 owners to join the leadership team at the new server I will be creating, considering you will be getting a fairly good amount of the servers profits you will be expected to put in a fair amount of money. You must also have experience being part of a leadership at a reasonably sized server.

Manager
I will be recruiting 1 manager they should have experience in this role already and know what this role entails. They should be a specialist in at least 1 role of management such as staff management or community management. They will not be required to put in funds however if they do it would lead to them having a higher stake in the servers profits.

Developers
I will be recruiting 1 developer to start off with. They must have a good knowledge and experience in minecraft plugin development and be able to develop things which the staff team requests. They would ideally have experience working for multiple minecraft servers before but if not as long as you can provide proof that you do know how to code plugins you will may get in. this role will also be rewarded with a stake in the servers profits. They do not need to know any coding outside of minecraft plugins as when we make the website we will get a specialist however if you do know it that is only a positive.

Admins
Admins will have to be experienced in staffing on servers - should have a good work ethic and lots of time to dedicate to the server. They should be easy to communicate with and good at both listening and giving instructions to different members on the staff team depending on their position. Depending on your skills that we see and your dedication during development we will decide whether or not you will get pay and if so how much
