FFA arena, duel arenas & KOTH arenas

I'm looking for a big but also cool FFA arena, it can't have a ton of grass and stuff because I want it to be good for PvP, it should be mostly flat and have a natural wall around it. The size should be around 150x150 with a little spawn area (really small tho).

And for duel arenas, they should all have a length of 130 and a width of 70. They should be FPS-friendly, somewhat flat but also creative and nice looking. They should all have a theme (whatever you think is cool).

KOTH arenas should be like duel arenas, but 100x100. They should be FPS-friendly, a little more flat than duel arenas and creative and nice looking. The capzone should be a 6x6 with corners that people can stack in. If you don't know what an HCF capzone looks like, don't put it in the build. I have a nice looking capzone already which I can put in the middle of the arena.

They can be non-exclusive, but not much different from my needs.

Give me an offer for an amount of the FFA arena, duel arenas and KOTH arenas and we can talk about it.
