FFA Core

I'm looking for a FFA core for my upcoming server.
Requirements;
When player spawns/respawns in they spawn with the gear listed below:

• Full Iron, Flint and steel (-1 charge, can be done), Fishing Rod, Iron sword, Bow, 16 arrows.

• Scoreboard that shows the players Kills / Deaths and possibly KDR?
• When a player kills someone they receive a regeneration 4 effect for 3-4 seconds as well as receiving a new -1 charge flint and steel and 16 arrows.
• When you die you get a message that says something like "Name killed you with x.xx hearts left" (http://prntscr.com/6exhvk)
• When you kill someone you get a message that says something like "You Killed Name."

With the purchase i am requesting a jar and the source, and possibly support just incase the plugin breaks in any form.

I'm honestly not sure a price, so if you're interested in this please leave a price you would imagine plus a way to contact you, Ex Skype, PM, Email Etc.
