FFA Plugin

Hey I need a FFA plugin where when a player spawns or dies they always have the same inventory. I also need it where the inventory is editable. I also need it where I can setup a spawn where when players die they go to spawn and when they join they go to spawn always. They'll never spawn where they left. I also need this plugin to have custom chat messages when people get kill streaks for example "(player) is on a 5 player killstreak!"
And do the kill streak messages in increments of 5.
The other message when a player loses his killstreak.
(Player) has ended (players) killstreak!
This message will only be said if the player has over A 5 killstreak.
That's basically it for this plugin not much but the main plugin for my server!

I used to have a plugin similar to this for a KitPvP server I setup for a friend of mine, I forgot the name but I'll try and find it for you. Anyways this seems pretty simple so it won't set you back that much.

What .jar type are you running?
