I've been developing since the beginning of last-year and have been immersed in the Minecraft community for a few years now. I work with the Spigot API to make your ideas an in-game reality.
A little bit more about me:
I'm 18 and am currently enrolled as a Mathematics of Data and Computing major at UTSA. I've ran my own servers for a few months but shut down because I could not manage multiple roles by myself. Developing ideas and the code itself is a tough job; that's why I'm here to assist those who maybe cannot develop or cannot develop well enough to push their ideas through Java.

Yes, perhaps, I'm not the best developer in the world. However, I can guarantee that with my experience in customer-service you won't be dissatisfied. I will make sure what I make is what you need! I'm not someone who will over-charge you. If a price is too high, let me know. I will adjust for you! Coding isn't my job, it's my hobby and I enjoy catering to others to help them accomplish their goals.
Portfolio?
I don't have a significant portfolio of work yet. For that reason, commissions will be highly discounted for the first few projects I do.
Price
Negotiable. However, I would rather you stick to the following prices as this takes time away from my college work and personal life.

Hourly - anywhere from $10-$15 per hour of coding
Milestone - A multiple-featured plugin that you pay for as I complete each module
50/50 - Half of negotiated price upfront before I begin, and the other half paid as I finish
Other - Please message me what/how you intend to pay me

It’d probably be good to include some of your plugins you’ve made not necessarily for anyone just to show your capability and skill level.
What you’ve said sounds great, however it’d be better to have visualisation of what you can do.
