Hello there MCm users today I bring up the matter of FierceFactions Recruiting Staff. FierceFactions is a server that is currently under revamp for a couple months and we need some staff members before we open there are currently 3 Owner, 2 Admins, 0 Mods, 1 Trusted Mod, 1 Trial-Mod. FierceFactions is a Factions server that has had many openings and many have failed and this time we're taking our time to completely revamp the server to make it a better environment for the players. We obviously have Factions atm and are thinking of expanding after a little bit after we hit a bigger player base. We have family friendly staff members we do not tolerate racism and if you curse in the personal staff-chat keep it to a minimum. We have made a strike system which makes it to when you get a warning from a higher staff member than you for doing something wrong with your rank you get a warning after 2 warnings it's a strike after 3 strikes your either demoted or demoted + banned depending on what warns you got during the time. Owners will be moderating and watching over the new staff members that would like to join for a little and then after a while we will stop watching you and do your own thing.
