File hosting site

Hi, I'm looking for an appraisal on a file hosting site like http://imgsafe.org/ (Yes I know its a image hosting site but I want the design and how the site works to look something like it). There should also be a signup place where users can pay like $1 a month for premium where they can upload 1gb+ files instead of being limited to 250mb files. Files that aren't downloaded through the link for at least 2 months will be auto-deleted.

There are pretty amazing file hosting files out there such as:

You would still have to get the signup fees, and premium allowed to upload bigger files to it.
apart from that it works amazing.

I'd rather get one custom made to my liking with my own designs
