File licence/ownership for hosting website

Hi there, I was going to be creating a Hosting company but it wasn't the right business path for me yet (15, lol) so I have decided to sell the website files that I wrote about 2 months ago

Some Info:

Site: wisehosting.co (you can offer me for this aswell if you want)

The main html was coded on twitch and I will find a vod if you want for ownership proof (and my name is literally wising but okay)

I will help you edit and rebrand the code 100%

The site is based on html, css and bootstrap (some js for like click to copy but nothing interesting)


BIN: 40GBP?
I won't go first and it will be F&F - Find a middleman or something if you want but I am quite reputuable on youtube/twitch ( https://wising.live )
