Final Server Fixes

Hi,
I need a series of server (config) fixes done to my server. This will be conducted on a live server. Some of the things that need to be done include:
- Fix wilderness
- Tag creation
- Make sure appropriate perms are in play
- DeluxeMenu edit (extra warps)
- Voting Setup
- Koth loot changes
- General bug testing
There may be a few other things that need to be done as well.
