Considering most of these businesses with not very advanced websites or websites at all are ran by older men and/or women, I don't think many will be willing to pay for a brand new website when they don't quite understand the internet much at all anyhow. If they had, they would have kept their site updated and knew what type of site was well-made. I just don't see many businesses giving you the time of day, but good luck.
