Find Scam Resolvers + New System

I know that it's hard finding a reliable scam resolver, but it seems like the higher ups aren't even attempting to find one.

The amount of uncompleted scam reports has gone completely out of hand, because it appears that literally zero scam reports have been checked since the 25th of January, as the most recent report in the scam reports archive was posted on that date.

A bunch of scam reports have also been deleted, which is extremely annoying as I have put a lot of effort and time into mine, which just got completed wiped as they can't be bothered to check all of them when, or even if they do.

Here's a system that I think could work:

1) Hire multiple scam resolvers, as "JR Scam Resolver"s [JR]

2) Each JR handles a report individually, without the interference of another scam resolver, unless another scam resolver has information that could help with the case.

3) After a JR has decided a verdict, they then forward the case on to a "SR Scam Resolver" [SR] who then looks over the thread, and makes their own verdict on this, to see if everything is reasonable.

4) The SR then logs down if their verdict was the same as the JRs, and then in the future they can use this information to decide on who to promote to a SR.​

Yeah I know, but the point needs to be stressed, and new information about it has been brought to light, like how they're just deleting scam report threads, and letting scammers roam free to exploit vulnerable members again, without any consequences.

I'm gonna edit in a system that I think could work, to my original post.

Agreed. Also I log all my scam reports ( rarely ) or posts/things I think that might be deleted from other sites in a pastebin so I don't need to rewrite it.

I do like the JR and SR system but at the same time that could lead to arguments within the scam resolver group and it just puts more decision making on the SR scam resolver right now. In the future, when there might be more Senior Scam Resolvers, this system would work really well but 1-2 JR Scam Resolver going to the Senior will just become pestering and annoying at some point.
I also don't believe we are at the stage where we need more than 3 scam resolvers. That just seems overboard but I'm not active in that section so I don't know the dire need.
But like I said, I like the idea, I just don't know how helpful it would be compared to just getting 1 more who might be trained for a little bit and then ready to go on his own.

Yeah, but I'm meaning that they'd go to the SR after the JR has reached their own verdict, and then the SR can just look over it to make sure everything's fine. The SR would probably prefer it than having to look through every single report

And yee, I know we don't need more than 3 atm, the system should still work with less than that.

True, but to correctly look at it, they'd still have to read the full report. I'm just worried that will still cause people to be waiting on M6Gaming.
